Description

Coffee buttercream icing: rich, creamy, and perfect for adding a delightful coffee flavor to your cakes and cupcakes. Ready in 5 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp Espresso Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place the espresso powder into the milk and whisk
  2. Place the butter and cream cheese into the stand mixer and mix for 3 minutes until it is fluffy (use your beater)
  3. Add the powdered sugar to the stand mixer and beat until it becomes fluffy
  4. Add the espresso powder milk and vanilla. Beat for another minute and then pipe or store. See notes for storing.
