Description
This recipe for Maple Miso Salmon is the easiest weekday dinner. Ready in under 30 minutes, the maple miso glaze is savory, sweet, and delicious.

- 4 filet Salmon (I use sockeye but regular salmon is fine)
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp Red Miso Paste
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Clove Garlic
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425°F
- Pat down the salmon: with paper towels. You want to make sure that the salmon is not going to leek water when it bakes
- Make the glaze: Add the butter, miso, maple syrup, and minced garlic to a pot. Melt everything down until it becomes a thick glaze.
- Place salmon: On a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the glaze: On top of the salmon. Make sure that the glaze covers the
- Place the salmon: On a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper. Place the salmon into the oven and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and check that the internal temperature is 145°F. If the fish is not cooked yet, place the fish back into the middle of the oven and bake for 2 more minutes.
