Description
No churn ice cream is the new and easy way to make your favorite summer snack. It is thyme you make this honey and thyme ice cream!

- 2 cups of heavy cream (very cold)
- lots and lots of thyme
- 3 tbsp honey (I used regular honey but you can use a different flavor if you wish)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz cream cheese (one block)
- 1 can condensed milk
Instructions
- Take your cream cheese and condensed milk and place into your mixer. You are going to want to use your whisk attachment.
- Mix together for a few minutes until it is smooth and there are no lumps from the cream cheese. If you need to scrape down the sides a couple of times to make sure everything is incorporated then do it!
- Add your vanilla
- Pour in your heavy cream and mix it on high until it has the texture of a really good whipped cream.
- Put the honey and thyme leaves in the mix and mix it about 30 seconds more.
- Place it in the container you plan to freeze it in and cover it.
- Put in the freezer and leave it there until it is completely frozen.
